TAE21...We are nearly there guys!

The TAE21 charity art sale is now only days away!

3rd July 2021 at The Hall of Fame, Cheltenham Racecourse from 2pm-5pm.

Supporting LINC - The Leukaemia and Intensive Chemotherapy Fund.

It has been a difficult year for many but, despite all this, we, with your help, have managed to create an amazing charity art show with a huge amount of wonderful art to sell. Our thanks goes to all the TAE artists who have contributed this year! We have close to 1000 cards from all around the world and the quality this year is astounding. Thank you!

So, we will be displaying the cards for one day only this year in the beautiful and historic town of Cheltenham. As Cheltenham is renowned for its racecourse and The Gold Cup in the spring, we felt it was fitting to hold the TAE21 sale there. The gorgeous watercolour cover artwork for the TAE21 Catalogue and poster was chosen to compliment the town and the venue and was painted by the talented Chris Larkin.

TAE21 says thank you to:

Our thanks to Tayntons Solicitors for sponsoring LINC this year to help with the costs of the show and to William Miller in Myrtle Beach for sponsoring TAE to help us keep doing the work we do for charity. Thanks to The Box Factory in Leamington for the amazing display this year. Our thanks to Carole Gray-Weihman for all the wonderful work she does with the website and tech. Thanks, in advance, to all the helpers who have agreed to help on the day to set up. A a BIG thank you to the TAE Family of artists and supporters who make this possible every year. Without you, we have no art, no show and no support for charity.

Now for a bit of important housekeeping...

If you are attending the sale on Saturday 3rd July please help us to run it smoothly by reading through the requirements that will be in place on the day:

  • Please make sure you do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have a temperature or have been in proximity to anyone with Covid 19 symptoms.

  • You will be required to wear a face mask while in the building and use a hand sanitizer on entry.

  • There will be a ticket system in place on the day where you will be given a numbered entry ticket to allow a systemised entry into the building. On arrival you will be allocated a number and we will pulse in visitors 10 at a time. (Maximum capacity in the hall is 100 people, so when this is reached we will wait for people to leave, before allowing more inside).

  • There is a large outdoor waiting area outside the hall so please bring an umbrella in case it is either very hot or very wet!

  • Sadly, we cannot supply refreshments, so please bring a drink with you.

  • The hall is very large and airy and the doors and windows will be left open for free ventilation. There will be a one way system in place and please maintain a safe distance from others while in the building.

  • There is free parking available at the racecourse and there are good bus connections to the racecourse from Cheltenham town centre.

Cards will be available to buy on the day for £30 each or 4 for £100.

Once the sale is over on the 3rd July, allow us a little time while to update the TAE website shop with all the cards that have sold on the day, and we will let you get your hands on any still available online as quickly as we can! The charity will be shipping out the cards from online sales to you.

If you are coming to see us on for the sale on the 3rd July, please make sure you have registered that you are attending: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/twitter-art-exhibit-tae21-cheltenham-tickets-146738828787
