All information about the Postcard Art Exhibit 2026 can be found in your artist member pages. After registering, log in and open “Artist Checklist 2026” from the drop-down menu under your name.


These pages include everything you’ll need — the exhibition address, accepted materials, and complete submission guidelines.

POSTCARD ART EXHIBIT 2026 — REGISTRATION DETAILS


AFTER YOU REGISTER

Once you complete the registration form below, you’ll receive a confirmation ticket number.


Please include this number with your artwork shipment — it helps us track your piece throughout the process.


To keep everything organized, registration for the Postcard Art Exhibit is managed through a ticket system.


Your ticket number (a mix of letters and numbers) will appear on the back of your postcard and serves as its SKU in our shop.


This ensures we can accurately identify your artwork for shipping and sales.

(Note: The ticket number is not required for entry to the exhibition or opening event.)

We’ll send all updates and announcements to the email address listed in your Member Profile.


You can update this email address anytime under “My Account.”


However, please note that your login email cannot be changed. If you no longer use your login email, you’ll need to create a new account with your current address.


IMPORTANT DATES

Registration Deadline:

April 6, 2026 at 24:00 CEST (Midnight — Netherlands Time)


Artwork Arrival Deadlines:

  • To be included in the print catalog, Artwork must arrive by March 9, 2026.

  • For the live exhibition and online sales only: Artwork must be postmarked by April 13, 2026.

  • Residents may hand-deliver artwork by May 7, 2026, for inclusion in the exhibition.

REQUIRED ARTWORK DIMENSIONS

All postcards must measure:13 cm x 17.5 cm (5 in x 7 in)

Opening Gala Pre-Sale

June 6, 2026 — 13:00–14:00 uur

For participating artists, dignitaries, and VIP ticket holders.

Please RSVP on our website before attending.

The opening ceremony and ribbon-cutting will begin at 14:00 uur.


Grand Opening to the Public

June 6, 2026 — 14:00–16:00 uur

Free admission — all are welcome to celebrate and view the exhibition.

More details will be added as they become available.


Online Sales

June 10, 2026 at 16:00 uur — July 8, 2026 at 16:00 uur
