POSTCARD ART EXHIBIT 2026 FAQs: All details are included in your member pages. After registering for our open call, log in and find "Artist Checklist 2026" in the drop-down menu under your login name. These pages also include the address to send your artwork and the submission materials accepted.

After you fill out our registration form below, you'll receive your confirmation ticket number to include with your artwork.

To help us track your artwork, registration for the POSTCARD ART EXHIBIT is managed through a ticket system. While this number/letter combination isn't required for admission to the opening or exhibition, it’s attached to the back of your card and used as the SKU in our shop, allowing us to identify your piece for shipping to its buyer.

HOW WE CONTACT YOU: We will contact you with updates using the email address you provide in your Member Profile. You can edit your email address on your account page, but you can't change your login email. If you no longer use your login email, please create a new account with your new email address.

THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS THE 6TH OF APRIL at 24:00 CEST (Middernacht - Midnight - Netherlands Time).

REQUIRED ARTWORK DIMENSIONS:  13 cm x 17.5 cm (5 in x 7 in) (Download a template for size)

SUBMISSION DEADLINES: Artwork must have ARRIVED by the 9th of March, to be included in our PRINT CATALOG, after which artwork must have been postmarked by the 13th of April, 2026, for inclusion in the LIVE EXHIBITION and ONLINE SALES ONLY. *Residents have until the 7th of May to hand-deliver artwork for inclusion in the exhibition.

For participating Artists, Dignitaries & VIP ticket holders. It's important that you RSVP on our website prior to attending.

Opening ceremony and ribbon-cutting starts at 14:00 uur CEST.

Grand Opening to the General Public : 6TH of June, 2026 - 14:00 - 16:00 uur CEST

Free admission.
